Breakfast Diet – Kareena starts her day with milk and fruits and completely avoids tea or coffee. Her breakfast consists of muesli and bread slices or paranthas with milk. She takes soya milk to keep her body energized.
Lunch Diet – Being a cheese lover Kareena takes a cheese slice with her bread or parantha everyday, but she skips other fatty foods. Her lunch mainly comprises of chapatis and dal.
Dinner Diet – Kareena’s dinner consists of soup, chapatis, dal and green vegetables and salad.
