Lean meats, chicken, turkey, fish, paneer and egg whites as well as skimmed milk were part of his diet. Vegetables, legumes, whole grains and other types of high fiber complex carbohydrates were included in his diet, but anything with added sugar was a strict no-no.

He ate a piece of fruit whenever he craved something sweet. He always followed up his workouts with a protein drink. During this period, he avoided alcoholic drinks and preferred grilled food to fried food. He made sure that whatever he put into his mouth didn’t have excess of calories and avoided snacking between his meals. And the results were all that he wanted !
